Southern Environmental Technologies provided Construction Engineering Inspection for the demolition of Sutherland Apartments and Golf Range Apartments at the University of Tennessee. We ensured that the demolition debris and footings were removed, and the site was graded to drain. Our team also inspected the removal of Asbestos pipe and other hazardous materials and ensured they were disposed of correctly.
